Video Tours Includes:
Professionally shot video of the home, edited to royalty-free music.

You will get two final versions:

• One video branded with open and closing  graphics of the realtor's info, which is upload to Youtube.
• 
  A flash version with no branding to use on sites like Realtor.com

Add-Ons

• Voice-over narration describing the house from a script provided from the realtor.  Voice-over provided by in-house talent.

• Realtor on-camera, seen at the beginning of the video welcoming viewer to house.  Realtor will then serve as voice-over, with video edited to copy.  Note: This version cannot be used on Realtor.com per their requirements.
